Studio V Architects Ltd is an architects’ practice that undertakes projects from household extensions to major residential and mixed use schemes, in the commercial, residential and educational/community sectors up to a value of £10m and more.
The practice was founded in April 2006 and incorporated in August 2006 as a limited company. It was originally part of Modlux Plc, a medium sized design, construction and property development firm. The directors’ specialist knowledge in architecture led to the formation of Studio V Architects as a separate entity. The company is also a RIBA Chartered Practice.
Studio V Architects is committed to working as a team with the client at the forefront and develop a scheme which not only suits its location, but adds value to the area. The company combines high quality design with explicit purpose and commercial instinct. It has built a reputation for delivering quality design and personal service within demanding costs and programmes. The practice has grown on its reputation to bring in new projects and clients through referrals.
We want to grow as a practice and envisage to take on even larger projects from various sectors.
